About the event
Firearms Instructor – Pistol is a 44-hour instructor-development course designed for current law-enforcement general instructors. Training combines classroom instruction with extensive range work covering firearms safety, shooting fundamentals, instructional methods, tactics and barricade shooting, low-light shooting, use of force, and liability. Students will participate in hands-on coaching exercises, diagnose and correct common shooting problems, complete teach-backs, and design a course of fire.
Cost - $750 Per Student
Seating very limited. Should you be accepted in the course, you will be notified on or before November 1st 2026.
Prerequisite: Students must be currently employed as certified law-enforcement officers and be a Level II Instructor or grandfathered General Instructor. Students must also successfully complete the State SQC shoot-in on Day 1.
